Program Cancellation Policy:
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Once the registration is canceled, the attendee receives an email stating that the registration has been canceled for confirmation purposes.
Complaint Resolution Policy:
Our member companies have a local regional Director that is their liaison. If a member company or a participant from a member company has a complaint, they will contact the respective regional Director to resolve the issue. The contact’s name, phone number and email address of every regional Director is on the website. In the event they are unable or do not wish to work with the regional director, the corporate contact information is at the bottom of the website.
