DR. ROSS RECK is President of Ross Reck and Associates, a management development and consulting firm. He is an internationally known author, lecturer, and consultant. For ten years, Dr. Reck served as Professor of Management at Arizona State University, where he became the only two-time recipient of the prestigious "Teaching Excellence in Continuing Education" award. Based on more than a decade of research and consulting experience, Dr. Reck has developed the PRAM Model: A closed-loop process that guides the individual through a continuous cycle of actions allowing the repeated implementation of successful negotiations, mutual benefits and enduring alliances. Dr. Reck co-authored The Win-Win Negotiator. This best-seller has been described as a breakthrough for understanding and successfully conducting negotiations. Dr. Reck also authored Turn Your Customers into Your Salesforce as an extension of his Win-Win teachings. His latest book is The X Factor: Getting Extraordinary Results from Ordinary People. Dr. Reck received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University.
