INDIVIDUAL COACHING

50-minute 1:1 coaching session with a leadership coach to reinforce and apply the learnings from any IMS program. They will be encouraged to consider:

Real World Application: How to apply course content in their business context, with their team, or in a specific situation. The coach will help them explore the behaviors and mindsets to address their situation.

Content Reinforcement: Bring their questions about course content that they'd like to explore more deeply.

Habits and Practices: Talk with their coach about the personal habits and practices that will enable them to practice, reinforce, and achieve impact from their learnings.

Accountability: The coach can act as an accountability partner to ensure that they follow through on the learning and commitments made in the virtual learning.
