From AI Experiments to Operating Model: What HR Must Do Next
AI is moving rapidly from novelty to necessity, yet most HR teams are still operating in "experiment mode." This session breaks down the transition from AI as a tool to AI as an embedded operating model, including the shift from assistants to emerging agentic workflows. We will outline what HR leaders can act on immediately, starting with AI fluency and what structural changes are coming next. The goal is simple: help you move from reacting to AI...to deliberately shaping how it transforms your function over the next 12 months.
