Dr. Robert Bies is the Professor of Management and Founder of the Executive Master's in Leadership degree program at Georgetown University. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, as well as governmental agencies and non-profit organizations, on issues of leadership and change. Drawing on his consulting experiences and research, he focuses on three core leadership skills (building trust, storytelling, delivering bad news) and strategies for applying them.
