Overview

What if the biggest barrier to your success isn't your effort, discipline, or circumstances-but the beliefs you've never questioned? In this powerful one-hour program, bestselling author of Beyond Belief, Nir Eyal, reveals the surprising science behind how your internal assumptions shape your reality, and how to change them. Drawing on cutting-edge neuroscience and psychology, this session will challenge how you think about your limits and unlock a new level of performance.

Through engaging stories, research-backed insights, and practical frameworks, Nir will show you how beliefs act as invisible filters, impacting what you see, what you attempt, and ultimately what you achieve. You'll learn how to recognize the hidden narratives that keep you stuck, stay steady under pressure, and break free from patterns that quietly undermine your health, relationships, and career. This isn't about working harder; it's about removing the mental interference that's been holding you back.

By the end of this program, you'll walk away with a clear, actionable method to rewire unhelpful beliefs and expand what you think is possible. When you understand that beliefs are not fixed truths but tools you can reshape, everything changes.
