Susan Scott
SUSAN SCOTT
MS. SUSAN SCOTT formerly worked in the field of executive search and was at one time the Vice-President of The Pace Network, a firm of more than 100 recruiters in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. Then, for fourteen years, Ms. Scott was the Chairperson of two groups of CEOs within the TEC network. Ms. Scott has engaged in more than 10,000 hours of one-to-one personal coaching and mentoring sessions with CEOs whose organizations range in size from more than 20,000 staff and multi-billion dollar annual turnover, down to small firms with a dozen staff and $3 million in annual sales. She has developed "Fierce Conversations" as a one-day workshop in order to teach CEOs and their employees how they can make every conversation a compelling and enriching experience. Ms. Scott’s book, Fierce Conversations, was published by Viking Press in 2002. She is based in Seattle, Washington, and consults globally for major corporations. She is a highly rated speaker for TEC groups worldwide, having run workshops in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia.
