Overview
The Oz Principle Accountability Approach is an experiential workshop that focuses on organizational results. Each participant will complete a personal accountability plan with actions to initiate immediately. They will learn when and how to apply the positive dynamics of focused feedback to help themselves and others move away from excuse making and blame shifting. Participants will develop a clear understanding of how ownership and accountability drive organizational results. Participants will learn principles and tools that can be applied professionally and personally immediately following the workshop to achieve unprecedented results.
