Being strategically competitive in today's chaotic and complex global environment requires a different way of looking at how we approach strategic thinking.
This highly experiential program uses a leading-edge methodology and unconventional, research-based content to understand the core elements of strategic thinking. Attention is focused on providing a comprehensive grounding in what strategic thinking is, a compelling grasp of why it is relevant, and original ways to improve.
This session is premised on the assumption that if we understand how we learn something, we are better prepared to teach it - through mentoring, coaching, teaching, training, and modeling.
