Dr. Jason Womack is a leadership expert, author, and educator with a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA. His dissertation focused on reflective practices in higher education, exploring how educators can better engage students. He also holds a Master's in Education from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Dr. Womack has worked with top companies like Google, Johnson & Johnson, and Disney, and is the author of Your Best Just Got Better and Get Momentum. His expertise spans leadership development, productivity, and organizational change, and he also holds a certificate in AI and the Future of Work from Singularity University.

In addition to his work with major corporations, Dr. Womack is a leader in Human Capital Management, specializing in Talent Development for a branch of the U.S. military. His experience in both the private and public sectors has allowed him to develop a unique approach to leadership that drives success across various industries.
