WHAT TO SAY WHEN...SCRIPTS A MANAGER CAN USE FOR DELICATE CONVERSATIONS

There are times as a manager when you know that a necessary conversation will be difficult. You might have to deliver bad news or provide feedback to a team member who is not performing. The conversation might be new to you, like telling someone you are bringing in a new manager over them or having a career conversation with an employee. Sometimes you just need a structure for these conversations and sometimes you just need to get your mouth around the words. This program will give you a framework to engage in common delicate or difficult conversations with less anxiety and greater effectiveness.
