LEADING THE WAY: OVERCOMING CHALLENGES AND MASTERING STRATEGIES OF EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN LEADERS

Women leaders have encountered significant challenges in the past. Some of those challenges continue to present daunting barriers. Yet some women have overcome these impediments and lead substantial companies and organizations. What do they do differently? How can you learn from their strategies and lessons? Leading in a multi-gender, multi-generational workplace is a challenge for both men and women - there is a lot to be understood by all.

In this program, we will look at women leaders from all walks of life and realize the common characteristics that distinguish them from other leaders, men and women. We will explore proven strategies used by others who have succeeded, as well as discuss the culture of your organization, which will also impact your leadership skills and career advancement. You will walk away with a personal action plan - so that you can go forward with confidence and hope.
