Women leaders have encountered significant challenges in the past. Some of those challenges continue to present daunting barriers. Yet some women have overcome these impediments and lead significant companies and organizations. What do they do differently? How can you learn from their strategies and lessons? Leading in a multi gender, multi-generational workplace is a challenge for both men and women - there is a lot to be learned by all.

In this program, we will look at women leaders from all walks of life and realize what the common characteristics are that distinguish them from other leaders, men and women. Are there really gender differences in styles of leadership?

We will explore proven strategies used by others who have succeeded as well as discussing the culture of your your organization, which will also impact your leadership skills and career advancement.

You will walk away with a personal action plan - so that you can go forward with confidence and hope.
