INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP: EMPOWERING A DIVERSE WORKFORCE

To thrive in our global economy, diversity and inclusion must be central to your leadership strategy. Research consistently shows us that inclusive leaders have a competitive advantage in bringing out the best in their teams. Also, Inclusive teams are more innovative and demonstrate higher levels of team citizenship. There are bottom-line benefits for any organization when inclusive leaders are at the helm, creating workplaces where employees are comfortable bringing their whole selves to the office.

In this program, Dr. Lovelace will share stories and observations from her experience working with organizations on this topic since 2006, giving participants practical tools and techniques to become more inclusive leaders. Participants will learn skills to signal inclusive leadership in their communication and decision-making processes.
