HOW TO MAKE GREAT DECISIONS IN STRESSFUL TIMES

Fear. Anxiety. Threat. These emotions, while not uncommon, have been ever present and working overtime for most people during the Covid-19 pandemic. Decision-making in business and at home are affected in deep and real ways from these emotions. They can lead to poor decisions and solving the wrong problem. This one hour session will discuss how fear, anxiety, and threat negatively affect decision making. The session also will introduce a method to help you make great decisions in stressful times by introducing three-steps that can help you become calm, cool, and collected; see the full panorama of the situation that you face; and reformulate the challenge confronting you to make sure you are solving the right problem with a good decision.
