HOW NATIONWIDE'S "FUTURE OF WORK" PROGRAM IS RESKILLING AND UPSKILLING EMPLOYEES TO PREPARE FOR THE DIGITAL FUTURE

In January of 2020, Nationwide announced a 5-year, $60 Million investment in its workforce called the "Future of Work" to upskill and reskill associates for jobs of the future. Nationwide's strategic investment was well-timed as shortly thereafter the pandemic forced a global shift to remote work and accelerated digital transformation efforts. Nationwide associates had the right training to ensure a speedy transition while building critical skills needed today such as resilience and creativity.

Aaron Stout is the Director of the Future of Work program. He has led learning strategy, creative production, and design teams across various industries. In this session, Aaron will share details about Nationwide's Future of Work program, its governing principles, as well as what worked (and what didn't) since the program's launch. You'll gain actionable insights to help shape learning efforts in your company to be effective in an era of accelerated change.
