ESSENTIAL COACHING SKILLS FOR BUSY LEADERS

The old ways of leading people are over. A "command and control" approach to leadership results in lack of alignment, low commitment, lack of harmony and low accountability and adoption. This program was created at the request of top leaders who wanted practical training on how to effectively coach others to a higher level of performance, morale, and alignment post pandemic.

In this interactive program participants will:

  • Learn the powerful questions to move your team forward
  • Examine a specific 5-step coaching conversation model
  • Discover how to create ownership, urgency, and accountability from those you lead
  • Gain knowledge on listening, intuition, and power of observation
  • Discuss specific challenges post pandemic and ways to coach team to get unstuck and take action
  • Practice critical skillsets for coaching teams in the New Normal workplace

Participants will leave with the skills and processes necessary to create accountability, positive morale and effective results that move your team forward.
