In this insightful one-hour conversation, Dr. Jake Sotiriadis, a globally recognized expert in strategic foresight and innovation, will delve into the profound changes reshaping the future of work. Drawing on his 21-year career in U.S. Air Force intelligence and his role as a thought leader in both government and the private sector, Jake will explore how artificial intelligence, automation, and evolving leadership models are reshaping industries. Jake holds a Ph.D. in political science and geopolitical futures from the Manoa School at the University of Hawaii, an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, a Master of Philosophy in Military Strategy from the U.S. Air Force School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College, and a BA in international studies from Norwich University. His work has been featured in leading publications such as the Harvard Business Review, The Diplomat, The National Interest, The California Management Review, and China-US Focus. His upcoming book, The Revenge of Ideology: How Ideas Shape the Global Order, is highly anticipated for release in Summer 2025.
