CREATING INTROVERT-FRIENDLY WORKPLACES:HOW TO UNLEASH EVERYONE'S TALENT AND PERFORMANCE

As the diversity, equity, and inclusion wave widens and deepens its reach, introversion is now a natural part of that movement. Despite the fact that half the population identify as introverts, traditional workplace cultures are still geared toward rewarding extroverts, ultimately limiting their collective potential.

This program presents pioneering research, practical examples and actionable takeaways. You will learn how to understand the strengths and challenges introverts face. It will demonstrate how talent management, leadership, communication and workplace design can be adjusted to meet the needs of introverts and drive results.

This program is for leaders at all levels in any organization and will help you become a powerful agent of change in the introvert revolution.
