COPING WITH COVID-19 AND BEYOND - LEADING THROUGH THE A.R.C.S OF CHANGE

Leaders at all levels can help themselves and their teams leverage CQ® (Change Intelligence®) to lead through the A.R.C.s of change - regaining a sense of Autonomy, Relationship, and Certainty to become more Agile, Resilient, and Capable than before. Learn how we can all be mindful and come together in this time of uncertainty and emerge with actionable insights that equip us for future challenges. Let's come together in this time of uncertainty and emerge with actionable insights to equip us to:
  • Start with your self - cope with the stress of change and role model resilience.
  • Support your team - inspire a growth versus fixed collective mindset and accelerate agile progress towards an even more change-capable culture.
  • Emerge as more confident and competent - and less stressed and frustrated - leaders of change, individually and collectively.
