A LEADER'S GUIDE FOR WINNING AT EXECUTION

Without successful execution no organization can succeed or remain competitive. Yet with such importance subscribed to it, successful execution remains a challenge for most organizations. In this seminar participants will first learn about a four common approaches to execution and the impediments and failures common to all of them. The participants will be introduced to a new approach to overcome these common challenges. As a result participants will learn how better juggle the many execution tasks thrown at them, how to help teams stay focused on tasks that are important and strategic instead of the easy and urgent, and lead organizations to execute successfully and adapt quickly to changing opportunities and threats. Enhancing capabilities of executing at these three levels of execution can translate to rapidly advancing organizational performance.
