By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: (1) Explain the importance of personal responsibility (ownership behavior) for success in any pursuit; (2) Provide at least one reason why good, smart people naturally avoid responsibility and why they take it; (3) State the stages within The Responsibility Process and how it works within the mind; (4) Self-apply The Responsibility Process to grow instead of cope when encountering minor frustrations; and (5) Describe why "giving advice" is one of the weakest strategies to guide others to take responsibility and explain at least one other alternative which would be more effective....
