MAKE TALENT YOUR BUSINESS: HOW MANAGERS DEVELOP PEOPLE WHILE GETTING RESULTS

This workshop gets to the heart of what it takes to develop your people so they can take on more complex and bigger assignments, while requiring less supervision. You will no longer need to choose between driving for performance OR developing employees— you can do both simultaneously. Learn about the research based practices of exceptional managers (from dozens of companies including Corning, Marriott, Siemens, Intel ) who integrate development into their everyday workflow rather than making it a side bar. Managers who use these practices go beyond the usual managerial coaching and performance management. They say that it not more work on top of driving for results, it is just a different way to manage. In this interactive workshop you’ll learn about the magic of applying three specific approaches using case studies, small group discussion, and tools. Leave the workshop with a plan to immediately implement this manager-driven, performance-centered development with one or more of your people
