NOBODY WINS THE BLAME GAME: BUILDING AN ACCOUNTABLE WORKPLACE

Research shows that accountable teams flat-out perform better than less accountable ones. Employees are more committed to the work. Innovative problem-solving increases. Morale and engagement skyrocket. Customer service improves dramatically. But accountable teams don't just happen by chance or by mandate; accountability only results when a team collectively embraces it as a key value and views accountable behavior as a non-negotiable norm.
